Pricing and Booking
What are your prices?
To view my pricing, please fill out the order form with details about the property. Pricing is based on factors such as square footage, required services, and travel distance. There's no commitment until you review and submit your order.
How do I book an appointment?
To book a session, simply visit my booking page. After submitting all necessary details and your preferred time, I will verify availability. Once reviewed, I will confirm your appointment via email. Please be sure to review the appointment details and the confirmed time.
What if I need to change times, cancel, or update something on the order form?
To reschedule or cancel, please log in to your account where you'll find the options to make these changes. If you need to update any services, please text Sam directly.
Should homeowners or realtors handle the booking?
We recommend that realtors handle the booking unless you are a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) client. Our media and tools are designed for realtors. If you need the client to pay, simply forward them the email sent when the pictures are ready. Once the client completes the payment online, both the client and the realtor will be able to download the pictures.
Day of the Appointment
How does the day of the appointment work?
I will call you before heading to your location, providing an estimated arrival time (ETA) and confirming the entrance method. If I haven't received an entrance method from your order form and cannot reach you before departure, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
What happens on bad weather days?
In light rain, photos can still be taken, and the sky will be replaced with blue skies during editing. For heavy rain, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. If drone services are included and the weather is unsuitable, you will have the option to either reschedule the appointment or cancel the drone services while keeping the current shoot time.
Preparation and Payment
How should I prepare for the shoot?
To ensure the best results, follow these steps:
• Remove and hide all clutter, messes, toiletries, food, bowls, pots, etc.
• Turn on all lights, but keep the ceiling fans off.
• Open all blinds and curtains. Blinds can remain lowered but should be opened.
• Ensure I have a method of entry, whether someone lets me in or a combination lockbox.
• Remove any signs and hoses from the front yard.

How do I make a payment?
Payment is done after the photos are delivered to your email. You'll receive instructions and a link to the payment/preview page. To unlock all your media and the property website, click the pay button in the middle of the payment/preview page. Once your credit details are verified by the payment processor, all the media will be available for download.
